Vital Ingredient was started 15 years ago by Alex Haynes. They specialise in fully customizable salads. Their ‘Eat Your Way’ philosophy means they have over 150 ingredients for you to choose from. That’s not it though: you’ll also find hot street food, soups, smoothies, porridge and poached egg pots! Plus you can use your Leafcard here to get a free veggie main course when you spend £5! Vital Ingredient serves up delicious, genuinely healthy fast food at an affordable price. I’d love to see some more veggie street food options but the choice of salads is HUGE and make it a must visit.
